Janets Baby Care is owned by Janet Asare an experienced midwife with over 30 years covering both hospital and community care. Through the years she has developed various personal professional contacts providing access to a network of experienced healthcare professionals. She also holds various certificates in clinical practice and parenting issues, which is the foundation for her Baby Care philosophy.
2) What checks do you do on your staff?
All employees are placed through a filtering process to ensure that only
the highest quality individuals are presented to our clients. Before a JBC
Carer is matched to a client they are fully vetted through the following
checks:
a. Criminal Record check
b. CV / References screening
c. Assessment Test based on core skills which are reviewed by qualified
professionals
